Organize members by installation sequence
Prefabricated steel building installation depends on clear member identification. Columns, beams, roof trusses, bracing, purlins, and connection parts should be marked and packed so the site team can follow the erection plan without unnecessary sorting.
Plan lifting and temporary stability
Crane lifting should match member weight, site access, and working radius. Temporary bracing and correct bolt tightening help keep the steel frame stable before the full roof and wall system is installed.
Coordinate roof and wall systems
Purlins, roof panels, wall cladding, gutters, skylights, and insulation should be coordinated with the main steel structure. Good coordination reduces rework and helps the industrial steel building reach weather protection earlier.
Installation support from fabrication stage
The best installation support starts in the workshop. Drawings, bolt lists, member marks, and packing sequence should all connect with the site erection order. This is especially important for export steel structure projects where the installation team may be in another country.
